The newly designed and engineered fan and housing in the NuWave Convection Oven can produce 100% faster fan speed for quicker cooking and irresistibly crispier, golden-brown results. You can customize your pizza oven by adjusting the ratio of top and bottom heaters and convection fan speed for different types of heating zones. The Bravo convection oven features 112 easy-cook presets and 12 cooking functions, making cooking easy and efficient.
With the upgraded convection system, the temperature difference between each layer is only 0-1°F, making multi-layer cooking more even and efficient. The Bravo air fryer oven has a maximum temperature of 500°F, with selectable fan speeds from 0 to 3.
The compact size of the Bravo XL Pro with Grill makes it perfect for large families and gatherings, fitting easily in small kitchens, motorhomes, and RVs. It features an integrated smart digital thermometer that monitors the internal temperature of your food and ends the cooking process when the desired internal temperature is reached.
